A: Our end of lease cleaning is a top to bottom specialised service, which meets the standards set by estate agents and landlords and is carried when customer moves out of the property. Our deep cleaning service is a more personalised service to fulfil your specific requirements (property needs thorough cleaning, spring cleaning, before moving in, before/after selling, before baby arrives, etc.)
A: Yes, we provide professional cleaning solutions for all our end of tenancy cleans. The cost of cleaning equipment is also provided in the cleaning quote, however, your quote will be cheaper if you can provide some items of equipment.
Yes, we are able to arrange a professional carpet clean during the end of tenancy clean or deep clean.
The quote for end of tenancy is not including a professional carpet steam clean. If you wish to include a professional steam cleaning for your carpet or upholster steam clean please send us the details in order to receive a detailed quote.
If you booked a carpet clean or a service that requires delivery of equipment we will need available parking near the property. Parking charges are extra cost in case you will not be able to provide a parking permit or free available parking near the property.
We require the payment to be done beforehand in order to confirm the booking. You will be able to make a bank transfer or you can use PayPal to make the payment.
A: We offer 72 hours guarantee for all end of tenancy cleaning bookings. If for any reason any cleaning related issues found during your inventory check we will come back and reclean any areas specified.
A: We clean all tiled or washable surfaces. Cleaning of painted walls is not generally required by estate agents. A few scuff or dirt marks on your painted walls will generally be considered to be “wear and tear” by most agents and landlords, however, if you have a situation when there are a number of stains (marks left by children, for example) you may want to contact your landlord or estate agent to discuss this. We recommend using sugar soap and warm water, however, extra care needs to be taken to avoid damage.
We reserve the right to apply a fee of £50 for late changes and cancellations within 24 hours. Same fee will apply if cleaner is unable to get access to your property to carry out her duties.
This depends on the size of your property and the hours of the cleaning session. We will be able to discuss that at the time of the booking, we can always arrange more cleaners in order to reduce the hours of the cleaning.
The quote provided for the end of tenancy cleaning has fixed prices based on the property size and tasks provided.
Internally window cleaning is included into our service. If you wish to clean the outside windows you need to inform us at the time of your booking.
